hard competition and some of the most outstanding predator anglers from Ireland and across Europe... and a hell of a lot of big fish caught. 1st position Day 1 For Team Snapbaits with all fish caught before 3pm - 4 pike , 3 perch ,1 trout and a huge confidence boost for our team. day 2 dropping to 3rd position with the weather turning sour and lack of any bigger fish and lack of experience on lough Derg hung us up a little, Day 3 Saturday we returned and gained points putting us over a few cm from the previous days teams 1st place score on Friday ........ waiting for results with thoughts going through your mind, what would the score be with all teams keeping silence on the last days catch , 7pm Sunday and Herman Molenaar went through the scores from the bottom up... it felt like it was forever to get to our position, sadly for us the other teams had made ground on their points with some hitting into good fish an hour before the battle was to end securing Rafal pec and Igor Kłosowski 1st Place and top prize a brand new Aluminumcraft escape 165 and mega trailer , Tomek Kurman and Jacek Rafał Gorny last years winners and International predator anglers a 2nd securing a week long trip to Canada , Big fish expert Joe McDermott International predator angler a 3rd place, and Paul Broke Full time Lough Derg angling guide a Respectable 4th positions, with Team Snapbaits Andrew Powell and Steven Powell taking a hard earned 5th position and securing a 7 day holiday to Sweden fishing for baltic pike ...aside from that we will be back for more next year Suberb event and the run the way all events should be. ... huge thanks to Vasswaders and rainwear and Baltic.se lifejackets for supporting the event with their top products and all the other sponsors who came together to make this event Irelands number 1 predator fishing tournament......
